もずくの天ぷら Mozuku Tempura

今日、銀座にある「竹富島」と
いう沖縄料理のお店に行ってきた。
もうすげーおいしー。久々に涙目。
好物ソーキそばもずいぶんご無沙汰してたし。うーうまかった。

今日はじめて食べたんだけど「もずく天ぷら」もずく??
すっぱくってどろどろしてるんじゃないのー?って思ったけど、よく考えれば昆布の
仲間のただの海草。天ぷらはどろどろもすっぱくもなかった。

沖縄民謡を聞きながら、ご飯を食べててもそこは銀座の地下、
ちっとも沖縄気分になんてなるわけない。逆に悲しい気分。
しくしく。あったかくて景色にいいとこに行きたいよー。

Today I went to the restaurant is called " Taketomi-shima"
which is name of southern island in Japan and it is a part of Okinawa.
Okinawa foods are different from Tokyo foods or every Japanese districts
have each different style.

I love Okinawa foods since I went to there as a tourist.

Today, I first ate "Mozuku Tempura".
Mozuku is a kind of seaweed. Even me it sounds wired, I've never heard it until today.
Mozuku is usually eaten with vinegar, tastes sour and slimy.
Imagining Mozuku tempura was terrible, I couldn't imagine delicious one.

Well, even so, I tried and it was great!

While eating with Okinawa song, I felt miserable because there were basement
of Tokyo. I missed a lot the weather of Okinawa, calm, hot, beautiful
island.
